Hi, I'm Vishnu!

Here's my story

Throughout my life, I've lived in three different countries. Brought up in India, I moved to Singapore on my own at the age of 14 to finish my high school. During university, I also spent a semester abroad in Germany. Being exposed to many cultures, I've grown to love travelling and I always yearn for the next destination.
A Mechanical Engineer by education, I've always been fascinated by the process of problem solving. "Bad ideas are the building blocks to great ideas" is a quote I resonate to. I enjoy the freedom and creativity that comes with brainstorming wild ideas and solutions after thoroughly understanding an issue that needs to be resolved.
User Experience Design appeals to me because going through the UX process allows me to ideate and solve issues while addressing the root cause based on the human behaviour, emotion and experience. I get to be able to come up with solutions to effect change directly at level of the end user. That's how I decided to go through 12 weeks of the User Experience Design Immersive course at General Assembly Singapore
